Motion Graphics

Nike’s flagship House of Innovation store in New York City is known for its innovative and exciting product displays that capture the ingenuity of Nike’s cutting edge products. While I’ve had the opportunity to design mannequin displays, footwear displays, and more for this location, the most exciting part for me was being able to create several non-narrative motion graphics for the kids zone. Using a mixture of AfterEffects and SketchUp, I was able to create motion graphics that highlighted new products and associated campaigns, as well as mock up the display in 3D so the client could understand the complex fixture and how the videos worked and synced together.

Nike’s 50th Anniversary

For its 50th anniversary Nike wanted to create a consumer experience across its flagship US market stores that told the story of Nike's history and expressed its relentless pursuit of high quality athletic apparel. For this project, I helped create large wall graphics, window takeovers, full zones of storytelling, mannequin displays, footwear displays, and product signage – all across 18 stores in the US market, to successfully tell a cohesive story of how Nike’s products had evolved over their 50 year history as a company.

2021 Miami Marathon

For the 2021 Miami marathon, I had the opportunity to create a store takeover moment to highlight Nike’s running shoes. This included the design of large scale window graphics with cut vinyl, the footprint of the mannequin display, hanging banners, cling graphics for the changing room, shoe display pedestals, and signage. All of these design elements came together to create a cohesive and immersive consumer experience aimed at educating and exiting the consumer about Nike’s running shoes and at supporting digital environments for runners to connect and push themselves further.

Never Done

‘Never Done’ was a SP22 initiative by Nike to highlight new product and a new graphic style and campaign. The scope of work included window treatments, custom and templated product signage, custom campaign signage, large scale wall graphics, custom mannequin displays, and custom shoe displays, across 18 locations in the US market.

Miscellaneous Shoe Displays

Each time a new style or colorway of a shoe is released to the public, Nike commissions a custom riser to display the footwear. These risers are always a fun challenge to work on and range in materials, style, and execution. Below is a small sample of some of the risers I’ve designed for Nike so far.
